Our client is a fast growing online travel company established in Halifax in 1993. Since opening they have assisted thousands of clients with their holiday requirements. Their dedicated Sales Team manage holiday enquiries over the phone, finding the best deals at low costs and acting on sales leads.

Based within their friendly call centre in Dean Clough Mills, they are looking for efficient Customer Service Advisors to handle all post sale customer contact. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be in direct contact with customers, airlines, accommodation suppliers, and internal colleagues.The role will also entail a large amount of administration, in addition to phone contact and complaint handling.

Core working hours are 37.5 hours per week. Their Customer Service Advisors work one in two weekends. Their working hours are as follows:
•Monday - Sat (09.00 - 17.30)
•Sunday (10.00-17.30)

Their Customer Service Advisors must show a good attention to detail, accuracy and ability to learn new systems with ease. Good verbal and written communication is required.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:
- Previous experience within a customer service department
- Complaint handling experience
- Previous experience working in travel
