We are looking for exceptional team leaders to effectively manage and lead a team that delivers exceptional and efficient customer service within a market leading company

Duties

  • Planning, managing and supporting the team
  • Monitoring quality of customer interactions, call logging and escalations
  • Effectively managing performance through regular feedback
  • Conducting coaching and performance reviews
  • Working alongside other Line Mangers on identification of resource requirements or new working practices that may improve services to customers
  • Facilitate regular team meetings
  • To be a point of contact for any escalations

You will demonstrate previous experience in contact centre management and proven experience of managing, leading and motivating a customer support team- along with strong customer service/ sales skills.
