We are looking for exceptional team leaders to effectively manage and lead a team that delivers exceptional and efficient customer service within a market leading company
Duties
- Planning, managing and supporting the team
- Monitoring quality of customer interactions, call logging and escalations
- Effectively managing performance through regular feedback
- Conducting coaching and performance reviews
- Working alongside other Line Mangers on identification of resource requirements or new working practices that may improve services to customers
- Facilitate regular team meetings
- To be a point of contact for any escalations
