Operations Manager- Customer Service £45k-£55k Merseyside
Our client a leading name in the contact centre arena seek to bring on board an experienced and highly customer focused Operations Manager to join their leading team.
Your role will be to consistently oversea the delivery of KPIs around service standards and employee measures.
You will be responsible for agreeing and monitoring budgetary expenditure in line with annual budget plans for the coming year for specific operational arenas of the contact centre.
You will drive operational performance and be a strong and proven leader with the ability to motivate and influence others.
It’s is key that you have a strong strategic and analytical head on you demonstrating strong emotional intelligence.
