A top-brand company in the Crawley area are looking for an experienced Customer Services Administrator looking to continue their career within a customer centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The company expect you to provide a proactive, high-quality support to their customers through the effective call handling of all enquiries from their customers and processing of orders, outbound communications and administration functions for company sales activities.

You will be an integral part of the Customer Services team responsible in answering a high number of incoming calls, performing sales support duties by answering both technical and non-technical questions from our b2b customers and providing a successful resolution of queries in relation to orders. You will receive full technical training.

The Candidate:

A minimum of 2 years Customer Service Call Handling experience (high command of English, written and verbal, is essential) and good interpersonal communication skills with fast and accurate IT & numeracy skills (MS Office experience essential).

You must have an outgoing enthusiastic personality and be a good team player. You should also be highly organised in time and task management, good record of pace and delivery and the ability to remain neutral and positive under customer pressure

A desire to learn and develop in a technical environment is essential.
