Job description

Due to the award of an exclusive national contract, we urgently require experienced residential care workers to join our team.

 

 

 

Candidates will be supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties or learning difficulties and complex needs in residential settings.

 

 

 

Candidates must have a minimum of six months paid care experience and be flexible and reliable. We require drivers and those who already possess an NVQ / QCF in children and young people will have a distinct advantage.

 

 

 

We can offer full and part time hours and we are also interested in hearing from candidates who are looking for weekend only care work.

 

 

 

In return we can offer competitive rates of pay including the opportunity to earn up to £700 per week, working week on, week off.  We also offer weekly pay, free specialist training (including BILD accredited courses) worth over £500, flexible working, day or night shifts and the opportunity to undertake a care qualification, free of charge.

 

 

 

This role is subject to full safer employment checks including an enhanced DBS disclosure.  The cost of this is £56.50 which will be met by the applicant, but we also accept portable, enhanced DBS certificates.

 

 

 

As soon as pre employment checks and training are complete which will take no longer than two weeks, immediate work is available.  Please note that the majority of our temp workers are offered permanent positions with our care providers within the first three months of employment.
