WE ARE RECRUITING 4 WAREHOUSE SUPERVISORS /TEAM LEADERS DUE TO ORGANIC GROWTH

Based within our clients 3 specialist distribution centres for fast moving consumer products based in Warrington, Cheshire (North West), there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/ Team Leader to join the Leadership Team as they further expand their operations.

In 2016 they are moving to a brand new 700,000sqr ft. purpose built facility to house their growth!

Typical responsibilities within the role of Warehouse Supervisor/ Team Leader will be to:-

• Manage, Lead and support your team to ensure an efficient shift is run
• Delegate tasks to team members
• Develop, coach and counsel team members
• Ensure the team follow processes and procedures
• Use visual management to communicate past and current performance

Within the role of Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader you will manage an average team of 30 to ensure that product is distributed correctly to meet tight deadlines. You will have experience leading a team and working to targets within a fast paced distribution environment where there are high levels of product lines. You will also be proactive, a strong communicator and will be able to build excellent working relationships with both team members and colleagues! You will have strong ambition to progress within a forward thinking business where technology and innovation is a fore front.

Working on either AM or PM shift – They have opportunity’s Monday –Friday or Wednesday – Saturday. 

The successful Warehouse Supervisor/ Team Leader will receive a competitive salary of £22,400 per annum + £600 PA Bonus plus pension plus company discount and the chance to work with an organisation that is renowned for investing in our employees.
