Our client is searching for a talented sales executive to join their customer centric warranty company. This role is based within the automotive trade, so some interest in this field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Achieving and exceeding set individual and departmental sales targets
- Actively maximizing all sales opportunities
- Customer management, pro-actively and efficiently conducting any follow-up
- Self motivating, aiming to quote all leads and close sales
- Manage pipeline effectively, within agreed timeframes, optimising leads
- Exercising and developing own sales pitch with the aid of management
- Effectively managing own workload, to maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure all sales are conducted compliantly, within FCA regulations
Person specification
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Fantastic phone manner, able to adjust to each customer's need, engaging customers quickly to close sales
- Managing and growing sales pipeline
- Excellent ability to think on your feet, whilst handling objections inline with Compliance requirements
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivation to meet any and all targets set, whether that be sales targets or time management targets
- Self-starter with drive and determination who has the ability to work effectively both within a team and independently
- Proven customer service abilities, ensuring the customer journey is always central
- Previous telesales experience is highly desirable
