Our client is searching for a talented sales executive to join their customer centric warranty company. This role is based within the automotive trade, so some interest in this field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving and exceeding set individual and departmental sales targets
  • Actively maximizing all sales opportunities
  • Customer management, pro-actively and efficiently conducting any follow-up
  • Self motivating, aiming to quote all leads and close sales
  • Manage pipeline effectively, within agreed timeframes, optimising leads
  • Exercising and developing own sales pitch with the aid of management
  • Effectively managing own workload, to maximise sales opportunities
  • Ensure all sales are conducted compliantly, within FCA regulations

Person specification

  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Fantastic phone manner, able to adjust to each customer's need, engaging customers quickly to close sales
  • Managing and growing sales pipeline
  • Excellent ability to think on your feet, whilst handling objections inline with Compliance requirements
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Motivation to meet any and all targets set, whether that be sales targets or time management targets
  • Self-starter with drive and determination who has the ability to work effectively both within a team and independently
  • Proven customer service abilities, ensuring the customer journey is always central
  • Previous telesales experience is highly desirable
