The Job:

We are currently recruting for Claims Administrator's to join our clients claims team. You will act as the of contact for customers making a claim on their insurance, gain an understanding of the loss and circumstances surrounding this and determine an appropriate course of action.

The successful candidate will then manage a case load of mid - level claims, managing the correspondence between third parties and negotiations from submission through to settlement of the claims.

The Hours:

Mon - Fri hours between 8am - 6pm (8-4/9-5/10-6) and 1 Sat a month 9-1pm (You will get this time back!)

We are looking for candidates with outstanding communication skills with a real focus on providing excellent customer service and the drive to progress and carve out a long term career with Endsleigh.

• Strong Customer Service Experience;
• GCSE's at Grade C or above in English and Maths;
• Career focused;
