Property Sales Executive

We are working closely with an investment company based in Birmingham who sells of plan city centre developments including purpose built student accommodation. Working closely with a select number of high-end developers our client is able to offer potential clients a healthy return on property investments.

Due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit three or four Property Sales Executives to join their sales team.

You will spend most of your time in the office following up warm leads (no cold calling!) however you will be required to travel and attend exhibitions and property shows.

To be considered for this Property Sales Executive opportunity, it is essential that you are a very strong communicator both written, verbally and face to face. It is essential that you’re driven, personable and very confident at dealing with new clients.

You must have previous sales experience – preferably within a property / investment environment, however this isn’t essential. This is a targeted sales role, so you must be prepared to work long hours and understand working in a heavily commission orientated environment.

In return, our client is looking to offer their Property Sales Executives a basic of £15,500 - £18,000 depending on experience with an uncapped commission scheme (likely OTE of £50k). Our client also runs monthly competitions, offers increasing holiday based on years of service and potential worldwide travel!
