Part-time Customer Service Advisors

Must be able to work till late (11pm)!

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving a high volume of inbound calls from existing customers for Tesco Clubcard, Store Reception and Grocery Home Shopping queries
• Updating and amending customer details where necessary, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Taking responsibility for each customer query and resolving any complaints in a professional manner
• Identifying opportunities to promote additional services and products
• Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
• Working within service level agreements to ensure the best possible company reputation
• Working as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure a positive working environment £6.50 per hour - up to £8.02 after 12 weeks employmentYou must be flexible to work any shifts between 6.00am - 11pm plus weekends. Tesco may give you 24 hours notice to accommodate a change in working hours. If you are relying on public transport, please look into transport links and ensure you are able to get there between all hoursFull commitment is required for the duration of the assignment including Christmas week.Overtime is paid at 1.5 for Sundays, statutory bank holidays and any agreed hours worked over 36 hours. You are able to apply for overtime 3 weeks after training has been completed.
