HOME-BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER – PHOTOBOX 

Main Responsibilities
You will be handling inbound calls, emails and live chats from your home-office on a full-time or part-time basis for one of our established clients, Photobox.

Your role will be to handle all demands of Photobox customers including pre-order and post-order queries, website navigation guidance, order status enquiries and general customer service questions.

As a HomeAgent you will play an absolutely vital part in helping us provide excellence and peace of mind to our client’s customers, whilst being part of a strong HomeAgents team and working to individual and team targets.

Call Type:
Inbound calls, emails and live chat relating to customer enquiries. No cold calling.

Starting Salary:
£6.80 per hour

Commission (Potential maximum earnings are £1.20 per hour) based on KPIs.

Anywhere in the UK

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Customer service experience
  • IT literacy
  • Excellent writing skills

Desirable Skills and Experience
Photographic skills or knowledge of photography

Personal Profile
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who put the customers first, enjoy problem solving, are proactive and can use their initiative to exceed customers’ expectations.

You will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a fast learner with the ability to get up to speed with products and systems quickly, have an excellent grasp of internet technology, be responsible, adaptable, and confident, as well as have the ability and a strong motivation to work from home.

As you will be working from home, PC literacy, high flexibility in your schedule, good organisation, independence and self-reliance are essential.

Shifts
Mon – Sun  8am to 9pm

You will be required to work some Saturdays and Sundays

The above may change depending on client’s requirements which are driven by customer demands.

Pre-Employment Checks:
We will conduct the following background checks:

  • Establish your legal right to work in the UK
  • Verify your last two years activity
  • Criminal history check (CRB basic disclosure to be provided by you at your own costs)

If you do have any criminal conviction, this does not necessarily mean that we cannot consider you for the role. A decision would be made depending on your circumstances and the role in question.

Training and Development
You will also need to attend a mandatory VIRTUAL training of 2 weeks  at 25 hours per week.

Technology and Home Office Requirements
You will need to provide a quiet and secluded home office equipped with a dedicated telephone line, a dedicated wired broadband connection, a dedicated to work PC (desktop) and a telephone handset with headset, all meeting our required specifications.

You will not be moving home within the next 6 months.
