Web/Mobile Development Team Lead (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), Up to GBP55k, Newbury
This leading technology company based in Newbury is looking for a passionate, proactive and highly motivated Web or Mobile Development lead with strong commercial experience to lead a highly skilled development team that is responsible for the delivery of cross-platform Mobile Apps.
In this role you will develop mobile web app using iOS, Android and Windows Embedded. You will be responsible for interpreting business requirements to design and develop solutions and be involved in planning and estimations.
You will be responsible for leading an agile team to best practices and required to mentor and coach the team when necessary and carry our appraisals.
The successful team lead MUST have the following skills and experience:
* Experience of technical team management
* Strong commercial experience of Web or Mobile development (ideally at least a year)
* JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
* Experience with Developing on Mobile platforms.
* Degree educated in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or similar.
* Enthusiasm and interest for mobile technologies.
Desirable skills include:
* Knowledge of PhoneGap, JQuery and SQL
* Any experience of Requirements Gathering
* Development experience of Android, iOS or Windows Phone 8
* Experience of Automated Testing
