We are advertising this position on behalf of Crest T.S. UK Limited. This position is based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

Established in 2013, Crest T.S. UK Limited is a leading provider of Serialisation sales and implementation services.  Crest T.S. UK Ltd. is a subsidiary of Crest Solutions, founded in Cork, Ireland in 1998. 

We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Business Development Manager / Sales Account Manager.

As a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager your duties will include:

  • Develop relationships with the agreed target accounts where we are not currently selling to create the opportunity to win new serialisation business in the UK.
  • Manage the sales process for new initiatives within the existing customer base of Crest Solutions. Most of these sales opportunities are initiated by our customers but take significant management to align the customer activities and the internal operations of Crest in order to deliver success.
  • Work with the Head of Sales on the pursuit of large opportunities which the company continues to be offered to participate in, by its customer base.
  • Ensure that accounts are effectively managed post sale and delivery.
  • Take responsibility for delivering the sales serialisation numbers in the UK.
  • Play an integral part in managing the processes and procedures to run a well organised and efficient sales department that meets the needs of the market.
  • Work with Crest Solutions to make Crest UK autonomous in terms of sales delivery over time
  • The ideal candidate will continuously achieve the sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives

An ideal Business Development Manager / Sales Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • The role will require experience of both key account management with existing global corporate accounts and new business development to bring on board customers that you will identify, target and service
  • A proven record of sales success with pharmaceutical, medical device and branded consumer goods packaging clients is essential, as well as an understanding of artwork and printing as it relates to regulated and branded blue-chip clients
  • Successful selling in this environment takes significant planning and process management which the Sales Account Manager must be able to continuously demonstrate
