United Response is a leading national charity and we provide support for over 2000 people with learning disabilities, mental health needs or physical disabilities. We are currently recruiting for a temporary Team Leader until 1st November 2016  to work 37.5 hours a week. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service, getting to know the people we support, what's important to them and how they want to be supported. You will help to organise and monitor their support to ensure it is delivered well.

To be a great Team Leader, you will have experience of working in social care and ideally have an NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent. You will know that you need compassion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect. You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and overnight as needed. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and good IT and numerical skills.
