This is with an awesome team close to the river front in Richmond for an ambitious medium sized and local company.

They are looking for dedicated, positive and motivated people, to work full time on a Web Chat/ Live Chat Sales campaign. This exciting Sales Advisor role will involve communicating with prospective customers via the live chat service on one of Britain’s most well-known telecoms and broadband provider. Through utilising the online live chat facility you will assist customers through their online experience, helping them make decisions on and purchase of the best services and products for them. The customers you will be communicating with have been carefully selected and you will be responsible for influencing their spend on Broadband, calls, lines and TV services.

• Excellent written communication and influencing skills
• Good PC Literacy and web savvy
• A typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Experience of working towards and achieving targets
• The  ability to maximise sales through excellent customer service
• Customer focused and have a genuine desire to provide a quality service
• Target driven with a results orientation
• Previous experience in a web chat/ live chat role is desirable
• Previous contact center experience desirable
• Experience in sales/ customer service/ administration essential
• This is a 100% chat campaign and there is absolutely no work on the phones

The opening hours of the campaign are 07:00 – 23:00 Monday – Sunday and all employees are required to be fully flexible. The hours on this Sales Advisor role is based on shift work. Wed-Mon or Thurs-Tues 16:00 – 23:00. You will be required to work 5 days of 8 hours shifts per week.
