Male Support Worker

We have an exciting opportunity for a Male Support Worker to join our team based in Pontefract. The role will be a part time, permanent position offering £9 - £10 per hour.

Male Support Worker – The Role

Buddy type support required for 13 year old boy with mild cerebral palsy, dyspraxia and autistic spectrum disorder, who attends main stream school. Support required after school, weekends and during school holidays.

Male Support Worker – Requirements

Applicants require skills to provide focus & motivation and engage in recreational and independence activities and must be enthusiastic and have a sense of humour.

The successful applicant will join a team of professionals & receive support, training & supervision. Car driver essential. Limited personal care.
