Registered General Nurse (RGN) - Nights

We are advertising this position on behalf of Willow Bank Nursing Home.  This position is based in Leeds working Nights only.

Willow Bank Nursing Home is situated in a popular Leeds suburb. The home has modern facilities, landscaped gardens and provides high quality care.  The Care Home is owned by Maria Mallaband Care Group, one of the UK’s most established care providers and is committed to promoting high standards throughout all of its homes and continuously monitors and reviews its quality control procedures and systems.

As a Registered General Nurse your duties will include:

• Reporting to the Care Manager, you will assist the Care Manager/Deputy with professional duties and is responsible for care/nursing duties within the home ultimately contributing towards the continuous high quality of care given to our residents.

An ideal Registered General Nurse will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Must have empathy for the elderly and be able to take charge on night duty with 3 carers.
• Able to give correct medications, have knowledge of PEG feeds.
• Must have previous experience.
• Good organisational and communication skills along with medication administration experience.
• You must be highly motivated, have excellent leadership and communication skills and be a team player.

This is a full time position.
