My client is looking to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Manager to support the strategic growth within the business and to ensure compliance with Standard Operations and current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and take responsibility for any issues with any area of service delivery.
  • To instill collaborative working practices with your peer group and wider business.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Scorecard performance.
  • Customer Care
    • Drive professionalism and customer focused behavior.
    • Ensure that customer expectations are managed and exceeded.
    • Take ownership and responsibility for escalated customer issues.
  • Health and Safety
    • Take personal ownership of the health, safety and wellbeing for all members of the Compliance department and proactively contribute to the health and safety of the wider business.
    • Drive compliance with all health and safety policies
    • Responsible for maintaining personal knowledge and that of direct reports, of policy and procedure.
  • Communication
    • Participate in the monthly management meetings.
    • Cascade business information and key messages
    • Carry out 1 - 1 meetings with direct reports
    • Conduct Team briefings
  • Payroll
    • Overall responsibility for the collation and communication of Payroll data to the HR teams
    • To communicate any pay related issues as a matter of priority.
  • Responsible for customer focused service delivery.
    • To ensure processes and policy is adhered to in relation to vehicle down time management.
    • Continually drive business process improvements to minimize waste.
  • Balance asset management with customer satisfaction.
    • Mitigate financial risk, strictly following safety, quality and efficiency measures.
  • Responsible for man management, performance and recruitment in line with company finance procedure.
    • Develop cross functionality within teams
    • Engender a collaborative working environment.
    • Maintain staffing levels in line with business needs.
    • Manage staff attendance.
    • Drive engagement initiatives.
    • Drive and uphold HR policy
    • Provide cover up the structure
  • Deliver the corporate vision - values - culture.

Skills & Experience -

  • They are keen to hear from candidates who have the following skills -
  • Able to absorb and drive change and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates a high level of commercial understanding and acumen.
  • IT Literate to ECDL standard
  • Full knowledge of MS Products - Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successful people management
  • Experience of resource management, capability and capacity planning.
  • Demonstrable experience of conducting staff appraisals, setting role-based objectives and building individual development plans.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships.
  • Can articulate the difference between Asset focused management, working with the dealer and supporting the dealer. Can apply all approaches in line with the business needs.
