Job Title: HR & DBS Administrator and HR & Payroll Administrator
Location: Farringdon
Salary: £22,000 pro rata with competitive benefits
Position: Part Time, 20 hours per week 4 days per week (Mon - Fri)

You can play your part in helping them to achieve their organisational goals. They are currently looking for 2 HR Administrators to join their busy HR department in their London Office.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to expand your HR experience and knowledge, working alongside other HR specialists
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate employee records using the HR system (Cascade HR).
- Managing the HR payroll administration ensuring that all transactional information is processed accurately in a timely manner for the monthly payroll deadline.
- General HR administration duties including sorting and distribution of all incoming post, filing and scanning all required documents to the HR system.
- Preparation of new starter packs, issuing offer letters, contracts, changes to terms and conditions and other employee related correspondences.
- Resolving all HR administration related queries.
- Staff absence recording
- Recruitment administration including reference processing.
Payroll:
- Ensuring correct payments to Retail staff are made on time;
- Dealing with Retail payroll related queries from members of staff and any other payroll queries in the absence of the Payroll Manager;
- Any other tasks as instructed by the Payroll Manager, within the capabilities of the Payroll Administrator
DBS:
- Supporting the HR Advisor during the transition from a DBS paper based processing to the online service.
- Administering the DBS online service for YMCA England and local YMCAs.
- Issuing DBS newsletters and updates.
- Resolving DBS related queries with service users
Key Requirements:
- Strong IT skills with experience of Outlook, intermediate word and Excel.
- Previous working knowledge and application of HR systems, preferably Cascade HR and DBS systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, meeting deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
- Ability to act on own initiative with minimum guidance and with good understanding of end-to-end HR practices.
- A strong team orientation with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
