Internal Sales Engineer
Bradford (10 minutes from Forster Square / Bradford Interchange)
Salary £25k - £40k p.a.

What you’ll need
• A level of technical knowledge of electrical installations and/or energy management/electricity measurement and/or communications protocols such as MODBUS
• An electrical background in the Facilities/Energy Management industry/energy management industry would be highly desirable
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• A desire and ability to learn and continually develop and improve on new and existing skills
The role
As Internal Sales Engineer you will be responsible for the following:
• Discussing the clients requirements through questioning and providing quotes
• Proactively channelling the customer and following up quotations
• Taking technical sales enquiries and seeing sales through to completion
• Building relationships and being conscious of customer needs
• Providing post-sales technical support on installation issues, data communication issues, data interpretation issues
