General Administrator required to join a small company in Marlborough.
The Company have been established now for 6 years and are growing due to needing an administrator.
Main duties will be:
- Answering the telephone
- Filing
- Dealing with the post, opening and sending out marketing material
- Supporting the sales team
- In time, when trained up, you will be putting sales orders on the in-house data base system
- In time, you will be dealing with resolving queries and looking after deliveries by existing customers on the telephone
You must be full MS Office Conversant
Hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Free car parking is available, but they are a 15 minute walk from Marlborough Town Centre.
This is an immediate start for the successful Candidate
If you have any previous office administrative experience, this would be an advantage.
You must be able to work on your own initiative and work well in a small team, the company employ 6 people.
Full training will be given on the sales support side of the job.
Salary is up to 16K PA depending on experience.
