Our client currently looking for a customer / service focused analyst to work alongside a 1st line team to help provide support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

You will be comfortable in logging and chasing issues from start to finish and make sure that things are not left unresolved. Experience with resource planing and managing business process to ensure service levels are met is key.

Skills:

* Strong interpersonal skills & able to develop and maintain effective and credible relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Knowledge and experience of Service Desk applications or similar data capture tools.
* Good understanding of the principles of support desk processes.
* Proven first line / telephone based customer service experience gained in service desk environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively interact with others at all levels via both verbal and written means.
* Able to elicit and disseminate complex technical information from end users.
* Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on understanding the needs of the internal and external customer, bearing them in mind when taking actions or decisions.
* Experienced in handling difficult and sensitive issues.
