Becoming an Inbound & Outbound Customer Experience Advisor:
Our Sales and Retentions teams focus on delivering a world class customer service before anything else. Our targets are based on a sale through service approach as we understand customer satisfaction is based on loyalty, identity and values. As a Customer Experience Advisor you are empowered to take ownership of incoming and outgoing calls and be able to create a unique customer experience. It is essential you proactively anticipate customer needs and expectations and meet them every time by promoting our products and services.

To join the team all you need is the right attitude to service excellence, good communication skills, be self-motivated with a great personality. The ability to work as part of a team is essential as is the requirement to meet targets on a weekly basis.
