Property Manager - Leeds
Main Role
Management of the existing multi-let portfolio and of any new properties taken on.
Key Tasks
To keep room adverts up to date, book and attend viewings, move tenants in/out and complete all paper work associated, answer the company mobile and respond to emails, liase with cleaning and maintenance company, collect meter readings, conduct quarterly inspections, general office tasks.
Qualifications Required
No formal qualifications needed, but a good level of numeracy and literacy is essential. On the job training will be provided.
Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have:
- Ability to work on own initiative and remotely.
- Excellent telephone and people skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Computer literacy e.g Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Capable of organising and prioritising workload and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to resolve problems.
- Honest, reliable and friendly personality.
- Ability to work from home with own computer, printer/scanner/copier.
Working Hours:
Must be available 8:30am-7:30pm Monday to Saturday to answer mobile/emails. However, the work is part time as and when required, on average only 10-15 hours per week. Some days will be busy, other days there may be no work to do.
Salary:
£500 per calendar month plus £30 bonus each time a room is filled.
