Our client is continuing its ambitious growth programme. Due to continued expansion and internal promotions, this opportunity has now become available.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the leading warranty provider and standards raising body for new homes, as well as the UK’s largest building control body. Their Inspection teams play a critical role in their success carrying out over one million inspections each year, working with builders and developers to provide the hundreds of thousands of high quality homes that the country needs.

You will have the opportunity to work on cutting edge developments including iconic and prestigious buildings.  Working from home, you can also look forward to real flexibility, plus an excellent work/life balance. A full UK driving licence is essential and living within a commutable distance of the area (half hour commute) is advantageous.

Typically qualified to HNC/HND or (S)NVQ Level 4 in a construction related discipline with relevant construction industry experience and extensive experience of the inspection of new homes. Associate/technical membership of an appropriate recognised professional institute, ideally the Chartered Institute of Building or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors will be beneficial.

Competitive package includes:

• A basic salary from £29,209 - £32,454 depending on experience.
• Remote Worker allowance of £1,900 per annum.
• An individual performance bonus potential.

• 25 days per annum annual leave with additional days for long service.
