We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property and Facilities Manager. 

In this varied and challenging role you will support the Property & Facilities manager to improve the service and compliance levels at 13 operational sites and offices throughout the UK & Ireland. You will also support sites with contractor activity, source and maintain quality suppliers and service providers.

Assistant Property and Facilities Manager Key Responsibilities:

> Active & reactive approach in supporting UK sites 
> Fire Risk Assessments alongside our health and safety team for sites and offices throughout UK – FRA Qualification needed.
> Risk Management - compliance i.e. Legionella, heating, a/c, fire detection, emergency lighting, asbestos etc.
> Manage H&S meetings at Bradford and Wilmslow offices
> H&S legislation – including Risk Assessments surrounding UK projects - requirement for NEBOSH standard
> Arrange & manage fire safety and drills at Bradford office
> Manage H&S for Bradford and Wilmslow offices
> Maintain and manage national contracts – asbestos, pest, L8, Water machines, PHS, Fire extinguishers
> Reactive and planned maintenance for all sites 
> Manage office moves / co-ordinating contractors and suppliers throughout UK
> Issue PTW for site activities and support sites with contractors/improvements throughout UK
> Dynamic, customer service driven, able to take responsibility for actions, drive improvements and motivation
> Create & develop (CMMS) data for all sites covering property and compliance records
> Delivery of property & facility projects (Moves/refurbishments & improvements throughout UK)
> Source office furniture
> Source and manage national approved contractors through to tender stage 

We Are Looking For:

> BIFM qualified, preferably to Level 4
> NEBOSH qualified 
> Ability to demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach
> Excellent communication skills
> Exemplary attention to detail
> Ability to work alone when required and in a team. 
> It is essential that you are self-motivated, focused, flexible, numerate, possess excellent organisational skills along with sound basic IT skills.
> Full UK driving licence
