Exciting opportunities available with Loop Debt Advisor We have full and part time opportunities available - - Full Time - 37.5 hours per week 12:00 - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, working alternative Saturday's with an agreed day off during the week - Part Time - 20 hours per week to be agreed but would include working till 8:00pm at night Based in Thornbury, Bradford We are delighted to have a number of Debt Advisor opportunities available within our Collections Department. We are committed to achieving service excellence and customer satisfaction, at the same time as collecting arrears. We are currently looking for a number of new Debt Advisor's to assist us in achieving this goal.
Salary & Benefits - Starting full time equivalent salary £18,181.58 + attractive pension + quarterly performance related bonus + 25 days annual leave
We currently have a number of exciting Debt Advisor opportunities within our Collections Department.
What will the role involve?
As a Debt Advisor you will be responsible for answering the incoming telephone calls from Yorkshire Water customers across the region. The service we deliver to the customer has a strong focus on providing a professional, high quality of service. This is driven by targets with emphasis on dealing with customer enquiries quickly and accurately and ensuring we provide a service tailored to the customer. It's a fast moving and challenging environment and the level of service we provide is governed by our regulator OFWAT.
You will use your skills in influencing and negotiation to agree realistic payment plans and identify the best call resolution for both the customer and Yorkshire Water. You will play a key role in reviewing the customer collection process by manual monitoring of customer accounts.
What skills are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be professional and have an excellent telephone manner with strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deal with customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties.
You will have previous experience of building rapport and understanding customer's needs to ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
You will be confident with making decisions and problem solving, and have an aptitude to learn new skills quickly whilst achieving set targets.
To deliver excellent customer service you will be self motivated, organised and an enthusiastic team player with good IT skills.
