Our services cover four areas - retail advice, online marketing, eCommerce and Trading. 120 staff in the UK and Europe work alongside our clients helping them transform their businesses by thinking and acting differently.
A great opportunity has opened up within our growing User Experience team for a UX Executive. Reporting in to the UX Manager, the key purpose of the role will be to ensure that clients continuously receive actionable insights to improve their website performance. Following training you will be assisting with providing the insights based on detailed analysis of customer behaviour and website analytics.
Other duties include ensuring that outputs from the website development and creative teams are aligned with user experience best-practice, encompassing site analytics, web usability and site optimisation.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Analyse web analytics data and provide clients with recommendations
- Inputting into development of prototypes for new websites
- Continuously keep up to date on industry related knowledge, market place trends and UX best practice
- Keep up to date with industry and market place trends and tools
- Run and analyse usability tests on client websites
- Collating UX findings into templated reports
- Carrying out UX audits on client sites based on best practice
- Creation of customer personas and user journeys based on existing customer research
- Running and analysis of basic website performance reports
- Attending client and internal calls to understand context of work
The Person
You will be a motivated individual with strong organisational and analytical skills. You will also be a team player with initiative and the ability to think logically. We would also like you to be commercially minded.
Skills we are looking for
- Proven MS Office knowledge - Powerpoint and Excel essential
- Written and verbal communication skills
- eCommerce knowledge (desired but not essential)
Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK
