Job Elements:
• To effectively manage customer enquiries and quotation requests
• To maximise the conversion of quotations to orders
• To proactively develop new sales opportunities
• To ensure the sales pipeline is accurately reported
• To Provide superior customer service
The ideal candidate will have:
• Background in customer service / sales within manufacturing, at least 2 years
• At least 2 years’ experience of working in a phone based environment
• The ability and experience to use quotation and CRM systems
• Experience of providing support and working with external sales
• Experience of providing support and working with order entry team
