Hotel Receptionist

The Bishops Table is currently undergoing a major transformation that will lead us from our current 9 rooms to a brand new 25 room hotel with bar and function rooms in late summer. Currently the receptionist is a multifunctional role, and includes being involved and overseeing a wide range of areas during the shifts including, breakfast service, bar and café, functions and housekeeping , as well as looking after bookings and room sales. However, the most important area is customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile for all our guests. The successful candidate will play a part in shaping the new hotel, and there will be opportunities to develop within the business.  The role is full time shift patterns, and weekend working is required. At present there is an element of lone working once fully trained.
