The Company:
Our client is with an established and successful Online Chartered Accountants who provide an all-encompassing service for Limited Company Contractors and Freelancers. They now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Accountant to join their busy team in Leeds.
Accountant - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
o Hold a portfolio of up to 200 clients
o Preparation of year end accounts
o Providing Tax planning advice to Clients
o Supporting Senior Accountants as necessary
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
o A minimum of 3 years post qualified practice experience would be essential.
o ACA, ACCA, ICAEW or ICAS fully qualified.
o Experience in preparing year end accounts essential
o Experience in preparation of VAT returns essential
o Experience of corporation tax returns
o Knowledge of online systems and accountancy package is desirable
o Knowledge of IR35 legislation is desirable
The Package : What You Could Earn:
o Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
o 37.5 Hrs per week Mon-Fri.
o Holidays - 5 Weeks and Bank Holidays
o Free Parking
