We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Field Sales Manager to manage a team of fundraisers on one of our charity lottery sales campaigns, approaching householders through door to door residential canvassing.

As a Field Sales Manager your duties would include:
- Managing a team of up to 10 lottery fundraisers based in the local area
- Coaching, mentoring and motivating sales personnel
- Managing sales performance and KPI's
- Motivate individuals and team targets
- Train and coach new staff
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in man-management / sales management
- Experience coaching, mentoring, motivating a sales team
- Experience in recruitment and sales training
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Full driving licence and vehicle

This role is suited to someone who is currently working in direct sales on a door to door basis. Either as a sales representative who is looking for an opportunity to step in to Field Sales Management or an experienced Field Sales Manager.
