Audley is a developer and operator of luxury retirement villages, providing a high level of personal service in a unique environment.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Audley’s successful team as a Sales Consultant at our Ellerslie retirement village in Great Malvern, Worcestershire.

As a sales consultant you will be responsible for new and second hand property sales within the village and will maintain high levels of customer service in order to maximise potential sales.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting professional viewings of show homes, stock plots and the main house facilities with all interested parties, explaining the Audley concept and qualifying customers to identify good prospects.
  • Contacting leads by telephone to secure appointments on a daily basis
  • Following up appointments with telephone calls and/or written communications to encourage revisits and sales
  • Maintaining relationships with customers through regular review contact
  • Acting as an ambassador for the company at all times

This role is ideally suited to a confident communicator who is able to understand the needs of the customer, with a good service ethos. They will have good PC and basic administrative skills and will relish the opportunity to work and progress in a sales driven, results oriented environment.

This position involves 37.5 working hours a week, working 5 days out of 7 including 1 weekend in 3.
