Evolution Money have an opportunity for a MI Analyst to join the team based in Manchester City Centre. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Evolution Money – a multi award winning company we are a young, fast-growing and dynamic specialist loans company who has established itself as a leader in its sector. We currently seek to appoint an experienced MI Analyst to join us through an exciting period of growth.

As the MI Analyst you will be required to provide accurate and timely Management Information to the business identifying performance across all departments.

The MI Analyst duties and key responsibilities:

- Produce strategic business information across developing solutions in line with business strategy.

- Create and analyse MI in relation to data utilisation and dialler performance.

- Proactive in the delivery of critical business intelligence analysis to drive improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.

- Determine and provide logical explanations for changing trends in business performance backed up by empirical evidence.

- Extract and fully analyse any business intelligence, ensuring that reports articulate findings and provide suggestions and/or training on improving business performance.

- Proactively liaise with stakeholders to form report specifications, using commercial knowledge to make recommendations on what would best serve the department/business.

- Provide statistical analysis on business metrics to assist with forecasting/budgeting.

- Help identify and present to line management process improvements.

- To undertake any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the post as and when required.

Our ideal MI Analyst will have the below skills and experience:

- Proven experience in information management with the ability to review and analyse historical data and performance

- Experience in successfully managing the co-ordination and supervision of information management systems

- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel

- Experience of Crystal reports desirable

- A methodical and detailed approach to problem solving, able to analyse and think logically

- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines, using own initiative.

- Experience with SPSS desirable

- Up to date and working knowledge of all relevant legislation and regulation as stipulated by the FCA
