Quality Assurance Inspector

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join an award winning company based in Liverpool!

The company is an award winning company and one of the largest in its sector with over 20 years’ experience of installing and maintaining heating, renewable technology and insulation system in thousands of homes.

Job Purpose:

Ensure and maintain quality standards of all heating installations carried out by Warmer Energy Services and any appointed sub-contractors, third party sub-contractors

The main duties involved in this role include:

• Complete high level inspections of completed boiler and heating installations, including tightness tests, gas rating, working/operating pressures and flue gas analysis
• Complete inspection of full heating system
• Demonstrate and explain heating controls to clients (including vulnerable clients)
• Complete material checks of installed parts
• Complete minor remedial work(s) as part of the QA Inspection
• Complete QA Inspections on maintenance/breakdown contracts
• Complete/collate required technical and compliance paperwork
• Liaise with install teams and works co-ordinators with regards to any remedial work(s)

Skills / Experience Required:

Mandatory Gas Qualifications

• CCN1
• CEN1 or CENWAT
• CPA1

Experience

• Demonstrable knowledge of gas boiler installation & commissioning processes
• Excellent customer care skills
• Energy advice knowledge
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience of arranging and planning appointments
