As a Field Sales Team Leader you will have the flexibility to run and grow your own business area with a fantastic support network to help with your development.

Our client operates from over 100 locations across the UK and your role will report into their Leeds branch. Your responsibilities in the Team Leader role will include remotely leading and developing a team of agents and visiting customers within the whole of the Leeds area. They provide a company car, fuel card, Lap-top and mobile device because 70% of the role is out in the field working with agents and customers.

This Field Sales Team Leader opportunity would suit a candidate with experience of leading people and engaging with customers face to face. They are looking for candidates with excellent people skills and a natural ability to build relationships, ideally from Home Collected Credit or the personal finance sector and familiar with operating in regulated environments. Alternatively, if you have experience of providing products / services directly to customers in a targeted role, or if you have experience within a retail or similar sales environment then they’d like to hear from you.

The key focus of the Field Sales Team Leader role is to build effective relationships with your Agents and Customers as well as developing quality new business by recognising opportunities and converting them into new customers. You will monitor MI, take responsibility for meeting monthly branch targets, identify shortfalls in performance against targets, provide feedback and support and agree action plans with your team. In adherence with regulation and policy you will take ownership for regular contact and visits with customers in their homes to conduct audits, arrears visits, sales and collections as required.
