One of the most influential and innovative companies in the International Property Investment sector is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Client Services Administrator to join their highly respected and fast growing business. Working for an award-wining organisation, you will have the opportunity to put your exceptional organisational and customer service skills to work in a challenging role which is pivotal in supporting their international and UK-based clients.

They are looking for a hardworking self-starter with sparkling communication skills, particularly on the phone, to support their investors through their investment property purchase as well as first class after sales support.

This is a core role within the company, supporting the sales team to ensure reservations they make are processed and tracked and all transactions run smoothly from sale to completion. You will act as a liaison between the client and the developer ensuring that any questions are answered and that all documents are delivered on time to exchange and complete the sale.

You will be comfortable taking control of problematic situations if they arise and working on a swift solution with all parties involved. There will be times when you need to apply firm pressure to take action, so you should not be afraid to push for results when required. You should enjoy interacting with people and have passion for great customer service.

Skills Needed:

- Higher Education qualification and/or equivalent/previous experience in an administration or customer service role;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with experience of multi-tasking;
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and concisely;
- Highly organised with accurate attention to detail using structured systems and processes;
- Competency with all Microsoft Office packages;
- Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic to do a high quality job at all times;
- Initiative and ability to work under pressure;
- Team player;
- Maintains a professional manner at all times;
- Fluent English is essential;
- Experience of using a CRM desirable.
