Purchase Ledger Clerk
Evesham
£20,000 to £21,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client, a forward thinking business based in Evesham.

Main Responsibilities

  • Posting Purchase order related Invoices & Credits.
  • Manage the GR/IR account to ensure missing invoices are chased up
  • Process Non PO related invoices (Coding to GL accounts, getting signed off & entering) and expense claims
  • Reconcile supplier accounts & statements, chase missing invoices / credit notes. Deal with any queries.
  • Load daily bank statements and allocate transactions
  • Prepare payment runs for suppliers.
  • Filing of Delivery notes and Invoices, Bank statements, recharge invoices.
  • Preparation of aged debtors reports and analysis

Other Duties

  • Manage accounts email Inbox
  • Setting up new Supplier / Customer accounts
  • Post sales ledger credit notes
  • Assisting Sales Ledger with copy invoices, credit notes, overdue payments
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required
