The company:
My client are a national drainage contractor who work with a variety of clients, ranging from the domestic and residential, to large water boards such as Severn Trent, Thames Water, and Southern Water. They are one of the largest UK independent providers, with over 1000 employees and a country wide network of branches. Due to continued expansion they are now looking for safe, flexible, and customer focused HGV/Jetvac Operators to support their fleet.
The role:
Heading up a two-person team working on our combined sewer jetting/vacuumation units, this position requires minimum HGV II class licence to drive and operate our fleet of high technology units. Working from sites from our broad customer base in order to carry out jetting and vacuumation works from their Preston division.
The candidate:
HGV Class 2 licence and previous experience of using a Jetvac is essential. CSCS is desirable. Basic hours are 40 per week - Monday - Friday and some weekday and weekend overtime may be required for which enhanced rates are payable as well as inclusion in the divisions out of hour's call-out rota.
