Job Title: Internal Recruiter
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: Competitive base salary plus bonus
Type: Part time – 3 days a week
Our client offers trusted and experienced specialist care to people in their own homes. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and career driven internal recruiter to join their business and friendly team in their Middlesbrough branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Placing new adverts to attract health care assistants to register
- Qualifying all CV`s and complete telephone interview/screening working to strict guidelines
- Support interview process to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates is maintained
- Ability to recruit regionally in and around the Tees area to support spot contracts
- Source and attend relevant job fairs to promote our clients business and attract potential candidates
- Be responsible for ensuring contact is maintained with candidates at all stages ensuring candidates continue to feel engaged with the organisation throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain Contact Database ensuring this is used effectively to maintain strong leads
- Work and maintain social networking presence (Facebook) and gain leads for potential careers via on-line campaigns
- Carry out regular Internet Research on competitors and market
The Candidate:
Candidates will have previous experience recruiting in a high volume environment and we would welcome applications from applicants with a background in a health and social care environment. The successful candidate will be a driven ambitious individual who will thrive in busy environment and enjoy exceeding targets. Our client recruits healthcare assistants and support staff.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with great people skills
- Sales and target driven with experience of volume recruitment
- Genuine interest in the health and social care sector although experience in this sector is not essential
- Personable with ability to forge good relationships both internally and externally
- Good communicator, good listener and customer focused
- Organised and ability to prioritise work load on daily basis
- IT Literate with confident knowledge of Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Social Networking platforms such as Facebook
- Team Player - must be able to work as part of a small team
- Full Driving Licence preferred
