Our client is a thriving and energetic global Online Media and Mobile, Advertising and Affiliate Marketing specialist whose online and mobile network includes the UK's #1 discount and deals website as well as other high-traffic websites and mobile applications run for a range of big name clients both in the UK and international markets. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a PR and Marketing Manager to join their busy team based in their London Office.

PR and Marketing Manager - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the development of an integrated PR and marketing strategy and plan that supports the needs of our clients business with a specific focus on supporting new business revenue generation, brand awareness and internal communications, and to help attract the very best clients and talent.
Develop and manage a PR and Marketing budget with clear ROIs.
Liaise on an ongoing basis with the Group's Communications and Marketing functions to ensure all activities adhere to corporate guidelines and our responsibilities as part of a listed business.
Manage day-to-day of our clients PR and marketing activities including creative development, campaign targeting, media planning, campaign execution, reporting and measurement (e.g. client services).
Manage day-to-day PR/Marketing coordination and alignment with the Create sales team and stakeholders.
Ensure all marketing activities are executed and tracked through global marketing operations (leveraging Salesforce.com and other marketing automation tools).
Actively increase our brand awareness among target sectors and prospective clients through innovative press and marketing initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date marketing/PR collateral.
Work with clients to develop joint PR and marketing strategies and launches.
Coordinate regular client events; strengthen our participation in industry events.

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

You must have previous digital agency experience.
Strong experience in the relevant areas at a PR or marketing services agency, or in-house
Experience of running PR campaigns for an agency or similar style of organisation preferred
Experience of working within technology, digital marketing or vertical sectors of retail, travel or financial services is preferred but not essential
An appetite to devise creative approaches to increasing our brand recognition and reputation
Excellent communication and networking skills
Ability to devise and implement effective and creative marketing & PR strategies
Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to re-prioritise as business needs evolve
A pro-active and results-driven attitude
