Sussex Home Based Senior Level Recruiters - Base Salary £40k - £60k pa + Uncapped OTE

BiGG Group, the specialist senior level Recruiter & Interim provider to Outsourcing Companies, is seeking home based 360 Recruitment consultants. BiGG provides mid to senior level hires to FTSE, PE Backed and privately owned organisations in the Tech Services & Engineering sectors. We have been established for over 9 years.

We are seeking Consultants who are experienced in successfully delivering high quality retained and contingent search at the £70-£130k base salary level, or someone with a background in growing Interim/Contract business at Project Management/Commercial Manager or similar Professional Service level.

We are a hands on team looking to grow and develop the activities across existing and new logo accounts. We are seeking a mature outlook, resourceful, bright, high energy individual who places great importance on delivering an excellent customer/candidate experience on a long term, repeatable basis.

We are looking for someone who can work with self-discipline and drive. 
The business has been building for 9 years, and holds its Registered Address at the IOD on Pall Mall, where we conduct many of our candidate meetings. Hot desks at serviced offices and working from home gives the business flexibility. Membership of the IOD together with a competitive base salary, bonus and potential equity is available.

We are only interested in candidates with direct experience and success in delivering senior level (£60k - £120k basics plus package) recruitment services to the Technology or Engineering sectors.
