Our client have an opportunity for a part time Group Administration/Facilities Manager to join their Southport branch. Working on a full time, permanent basis, the successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of £26,000 to £28,000 with an OTE of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum with benefits including a company car, mobile, laptop, medical & pension scheme.

The successful applicant must have experience in Project Management, Insurance Claims Management, Health and Safety and be able to demonstrate legal experience.  Excellent business acumen and strong negotiation skills are also required

The ideal Group Administration/Facilities Manager must:

- Must have experience in a similar role

- Leadership skills

- A strong attention to detail – particularly contractual analysis

- A strong commercial knowledge

- Excellent written and communication skills

- A full driving licence

Key responsibilities of the Group Administration/Facilities Manager include:

- Property Management and Maintenance including Security

- Building Projects

- Dealing with the Manufacturers to ensure the Corporate image

- Insurance Claims Management

- Legal Work including the preparation of cases

- Attendance at Court hearings as required

- Advising on Contractual matters

- Negotiation of contracts

- Health & Safety Management

- Executive support to the MD

- Personal and confidential support to the MD
