Teaching Assistant's needed in Blackpool Primary

Randstad Education is urgently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils from Early Years and Foundation stage to KS2 Year 6 Primary for work in the Blackpool area. We require qualified & experienced Teaching Assistants to cover day to day and emergency vacancies.

The Job:

We are looking for Teaching Assistants to support Teachers and Schools who can:

- be available and ready to accept vacancies at relatively short notice if necessary.

- treat every assignment as if it is permanent role, injecting a sense of purpose into the classroom and helping the school and pupils to the best of your ability.

- develop professional relationships with pupils and staff.

- have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour and an understanding of how all children learn best

- are highly motivated

- approach curriculum development creatively

Day to day support often leads to long term positions at schools.

Within these schools our Teaching Assistants support pupils of different ability levels, SEN, EAL and from many different home lives, cultures and backgrounds from Early Years and Foundation stage through to KS2 Year 6.
