Account Manager

On the hunt for an experienced Account Manager to join our client in Cirencester.

Reporting to the Account Director you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients brands. This includes managing on-going campaigns as well as developing new contacts within the client businesses and driving incremental business.

Role involves:
*Managing Brand Experience campaigns, including major roadshows, events and ambush/ hit squad campaigns. Managing the integrated social media development for these campaigns (briefing and working alongside external specialist agency) as well as potential on-pack and promotional activities
*Financial management and budgeting for individual campaigns and clients
*Liaising mainly with Brand/Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Manager level
*Proactive approach to identifying and developing new business
*Management of Account Executive

Experience and Personal Abilities:
*3-4 years' agency experience
*Experienced in handling a major client
*Experienced in a range of below-the-line disciplines
*Ability to take the lead, whilst working as part of a team
*Success in driving incremental business
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent financial management
*Written and verbal presentation skills
*Self-motivated
*Creative insight
*Commercially astute
