Due to continuous expansion our client, a market leader within their industry is urgently seeking a passionate, committed and tenacious Sales Director to join their team.

Working alongside the Managing Director key duties will include:

  • Managing and developing existing and new business contacts,
  • Managing sales cycles efficiently and ensuring that revenues are received promptly,
  • Submitting accurate forecast to Senior management to assist in business planning and reporting,
  • Preparing sales plans; assisting growth into new sectors for its products by successfully executing on those plans,
  • Working with and supporting the business development team to drive qualified pipe within the sales cycle
  • Be responsible for structuring a team that is of the highest calibre to meet business needs and drive performance against sales plans.
  • Ensure the business unit is updated with new market intelligence and customer insights whilst working closely with the Product Managers to ensure sales are made using full value propositions

Not only will the successful candidate will be a highly motivated sales professional with a proven record of success in the B2B selling environment, be highly organised and methodical with excellent mentoring and coaching skills you will also have the following key knowledge & experience:
