Our Client is currently looking for a number of Support Workers to join them where you will encourage people to engage in everyday home, social, leisure and work activities according to the individual’s choice. They have full time and part time opportunities available at their site based in St Teath.

Within the role you will offer help with personal care and work positively with colleagues, families and external organisations. Taking care of health needs as required, your aim is to guarantee the best care possible.

If you are a good communicator with an outgoing personality and a flexible attitude, then this could be the role for you! With a patient and sensitive approach, you will need to be able to work shifts as we provide 24/7 care. You will also be required to accompany the people we support on holidays, training courses and other activities.

Our Client is a national charity, providing services for people with learning disabilities throughout England. They support people to live life the way they choose, whether this means providing support for just a couple of hours a week, or 24 hours a day. They empower people to make their own choices, including finding a job, building friendships and relationships and taking part in activities.
