Based in Wolverhampton and covering West Midlands, Shropshire & Worcestershire areas.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment consultant to join our team based in Wolverhampton. A very competitive base salary of £18,000 to £20,000 is offered depending on experience plus, totally uncapped commission. Role is a sales role only, recruitment; payroll and invoicing are all taken care of for you allowing you to focus on what you do best.

• Proven networking and influencing skills
• Superb communication skills. Ability to communicate with Care Managers as well as senior executives / owners.
• Telephone an cold calling experience essential
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work alone and be a team player
• Experience of selling to care establishments preferred however we will consider other candidates from other recruitment, customer service and sales backgrounds.
• Must hold a current driving license and have access to a vehicle.
