With no shareholders, we have around 70 Members who reflect the needs of our customers and the communities we serve.
Our Members…
- Hold the Directors to account for the performance of the Company
- Help to ensure high standards of corporate governance
- Are appointed independently
- Meet at least twice a year at various locations throughout Wales
- Are unpaid but reimbursed for travel expenses
