GRADUATE SALES EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Salary: £22,000 Basic Salary plus OTE £40,000 1st year, Monthly Incentives

The Role: As a Graduate Business Development Manager you will be integral to the acquisition of new clients for the business. You will seek to do this by firstly identifying companies that will have a need for the businesses services. You will mainly focus on SMEs throughout the UK providing a huge potential client base. Initially you will focus on engaging with key C level executives to arrange face to face meetings.

They are an ambitious business looking to be the number one provider of these services; they are certainly set to achieve this over the last 4 years they have grown over 40% each year.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Management and development of existing adviser relationships
• Building client base
• Implement new sales campaigns
• Mentoring and training new BDMs
• Arrange adviser meetings for External BDMs and where required perform meetings yourself.

A successful candidate will:

• Show a proven track record of high achievement
• Degree educated (2.1 or 1st) from a reputable university
• Able to present confidently with an engaging manner
• Knowledge and interest in finance
• Have a desire to learn & an inquisitive nature
• Commercially aware
